Insurance and Financial Policy

At Roswell Open MRI, we deliver the best care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. 

We are contracted with most insurances in the area. Your copayment, coinsurance, or deductible is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We will bill your insurance on your behalf after your procedure is done. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We will send you a statement once we receive the explanation of benefits from your insurance. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Care Credit.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 575-623-4MRI.
